Hello this BLOG is my OPINION OF SOCIAL SERVICES APPALLING BEHAVIOUR & disregard to a close family members Human Rights as a prospective parent , to have a right to respect for private and family life . From now on , in this blog I will refer to this close family member as Miss x . Miss x's baby was born at the beginning of October 2009, a beautiful little girl. Social Services instructed the hospital that Miss x was not to be allowed to leave, the Women’s maternity hospital & would be transferred to a Mother and baby assessment centre on discharge, in the company of a Social Worker. This was done without any Court order being in place, Miss x was forced to comply with these wishes against her will, by a devious Social Worker who used psychological threats to ensure she complied. (Please note if we where to hold someone against their will, it would be called kidnapping & we would face the full wrath of the law.) Miss x's desire was to go home , her only crime , that she suffers from ocd & anxiety. According to Miss x's Solicitor, Court action may be going ahead within a week or so of her arrival at the mother & baby assessment centre , so in my opinion they can start the process of trying to take her baby into the care of the Local Authority legally. (Secret family Courts behind closed doors)
Alas, Miss x & her baby are now in the assessment centre , a place for people with moderate to severe mental problems, she does not belong there & should never have been sent to such a place based purely on Concerns not facts. As a new Mother with no parenting skills, Miss x has to undergo a 28 day assessment where it will be decided, whether or not, she has the skills to make a good parent. Weekly reports will be made to Social Services, whom in my opinion eagerly await failure, so they may continue their relentless persecution & agenda to take another child unjustly, with the full backing of a Family Court legal system so Victorian that it is beyond belief.I have to sit back & watch, whilst the Social Services, under the umbrella of the Local Authority, destroy Miss x , a close family member , who does not drink or take drugs. It is time for people to protest this Draconian behaviour by Social Services on shy, vulnerable reserved individuals. Miss x born in Liverpool, should be allowed Home with her beautiful daughter, to learn parenting skills from her family, just like the majority of first time mothers. How can this be just, even criminals are not sent to prison before they have committed a crime. This Month it is one of my family members, next month it could be yours , a friends or even a neighbours. Why should Miss x, be subjected to a 28 day assessment where failure leads to her child being taken into care, she has done absolutely nothing wrong. Miss x does not have any disabilities, she should be supported, without any time limit until her parenting skills are up to their required standard.
Bad news Court action took take place on Friday ??rd Oct 2009, were a SECRET FAMILY COURT BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, granted Social Services an INTERIM CARE ORDER ,surprise, surprise , statistcally magistrates/judges always rubber stamp Social Services requests.
Unfortunately the reality of what is happening in the U.K in my opinion , is that our Social Services system is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, under current legislation Social Workers are allowed to Traffic babies by forced adoption/forced Residence orders, in order to meet government targets, maintain their budgets & keep themselves in jobs . This is done irrespective of the permanent psychological damage to the child’s mother & family. Finally anyone who dares to speak out and protest is likely to be threatened with imprisonment by the very same SECRET FAMILY COURTS where public and press are not allowed..

Social Services Clients as they are called are treated worse than CRIMINALS , thier treatment can only really be described as TORTURE . Miss x after being held hostage for over two weeks in a mother & baby unit, was promised 8 hours leave with her baby ,agreed at a weekly meeting with Social Services present. The day arrived , mother & baby ready to leave on 8 hours re-prieve , when surprise , surprise , a fax arrived from Social services . This Fax apparently stated the baby's mother Miss x could leave the building , however under no circumstances was the baby to leave. It is my Opinion that this behaviour can only be described as a deliberate Psychological Ploy by Social Services , to try and PART MOTHER AND BABY.. On this occasion they failed , Miss x refused to leave without her baby & her ILLEGAL INCARCERATION continues.
Sorry to report that all this PSYCHOLOGICAL pressure finally pushed Miss x to the brink , unable to contain her emotions any longer after staff at the mother & baby unit, removed her baby from her room , she finally snapped.What mother wouldn't when refused access to thier baby without good cause. Having caused Miss x's emotional outburst ,the mother & baby units response was to attempt to expell/discharge Miss x, & leave the fate of her baby to Social Services . It is my Opinion that the mother & baby unit conspires with Social Services , to help steal babies from young naive vulnerable mothers. The place can only be described as a relic from the VICTORIAN era when Torture , humiliation & incarceration was an acceptable practice.
It is time for change , the notoriously secretive family justice system should be opened upto public scrutiny. In a modern Society , there should be no Secret Courts , were children are stolen on the balance of probalities. A mother has a GOD given right , to parent her own child , unless it can be proven that she has neglected or caused her child actual harm . Unfortunatley I am sad to say , at present Social Services , remove children using the ANTIQUIDATED 1989 childrens act. This act allows Social Workers to use their cystal balls and speculate that a mother may harm/neglect her baby/child. In a nutshell , young mothers HUMAN RIGHTS are being breached , as they are being found GUILTY before they have actually done anything wrong.

Unhappy at their last failure , Social Services , have called an Emergency Court Hearing , on the 1?th November 2009 , to persue thier relentless persection of Miss x in thier quest to STEAL her baby. They are doing this based on evidence from a Social Worker , who looked into her crystal ball & decided the mother may neglect her baby. What utter rubbish , I think these Social Workers should be named & shamed & thier addresses revealed so the Public can know where these heartless abominations live. Fortunatley the outcome of this court hearing was that Miss x & her baby are to remain together, at the mother & baby unit , at least until the beginning of December

More bad news , Social Services unhappy to wait until December 2009 have once again called , another Emergency Court Hearing in their relentless persecution of Miss x.
They were able to achieve this by colluding , with the staff at the mother & baby units weekly ward meeting. Their plan , to discharge Miss x , causing an emergency situation to arise. This action contravened a Court Order clearly stating that Miss x & her baby where not to be separated until after , the contested , full day’s hearing to be held at the beginning of Dec 2009. Its my opinion this collusion allowed Social Services the opportunity to call an emergency Court hearing again to try & part Miss x from her baby. The Social Worker informed Miss x at this meeting that her baby would be placed into foster care on the Thursday as she was being discharged. The Social Worker then told Miss x ,all future contact with her baby would be on a supervised basis with social services present. (This is fact , as I was present at this meeting.)
What can one say? , this Social Worker, with her over inflated ego had declared the outcome of the emergency court hearing, making the magistrates redundant. Fortunately at this hearing Miss x's legal representation was able to wipe the smile of this Social workers face. The outcome of the hearing was that Miss x would remain at the mother & baby unit with conditions. Sadly Miss x was told she would not be allowed to care for her baby, between , the hours of 9 pm and 7 am. This was another form of Torture used by Social Services & the mother & baby unit . The purpose of this , to emotionally upset Miss x , in order to get an emotional outburst , which could then be used , as evidence in Court.

Another week , another court hearing over , Miss x's predicament continues & , the case has now been transfered from the magistrates court to the County Court. Miss x has been reprieved for one more week , she is to stay with her baby , at the mother baby unit , until the County Court makes a descision on Tue the ? th of December 2009 .

The Court hearing did not go well at all , a grumpy old judge , made a descision to separate mother & baby . He refused to listen to any mitigating circumstances or to accept , some of the reports where defamatory. Miss x , was discharged from the mother & baby unit & her baby placed into foster care . This was done , despite the fact , Miss x , had a large supportive family to help with baby care.

A quick update , after almost a year in the Courts the fate of Miss x has still not been decided.
What I can tell you is , the family Proceedings Courts in the U.K. is totally corrupt , absolutley none of it is about child protection. I have witnessed Cafcass & Social services commit perjury, via thier legal representatives with impunity . Only bad reports are put before the Courts , good reports are shoved under the carpet never to see the light of day. The only professional reports that are allowed as evidence , are reports approved by the court . The court selects the professional ,who they know will play ball & provide further evidence to defame the mothers character . No witnesses are allowed , unless they are also approved by the courts . It is impossible for any young mother to get a fair trial , Social Services & Cafcass always work together , to ensure everthing is weighted against the mother.
My summation at this time , is the U.K family proceedings courts are BRUTAL , a breach of all young mothers HUMAN RIGHTS & totally corrupt. Thier sole purpose is to steal TAX PAYERS money & keep all the parasites involved , on the GRAVYTRAIN . It is no wonder they keep it a closed shop , under the false pretense that PUBLIC openness would harm the child being stolen. The truth is , if the general public witnessed these proceedings , there would be a PUBLIC outcry about it not being fair justice for the MOTHER whose child is being stolen , under the umberella of the LAW .

How can the public close their eyes and ignore the truth about the brutal behaviour of Social services against young mothers in the U.K. These mothers are being tortured , humiliated , made to believe they are bad mothers , made to feel worthless . The abominations responsible , live lives of luxury & , have no remorse for their callous actions. It is my opinion , that some of these individuals are actually criminals against society and , they should be charged & imprisoned for crimes against HUMANITY.
Its time for change , I want my tax spent on supporting mothers & their children . I want the secret courts opened up to public scrutiny , so everyone can witness what I have witnessed first hand . Social Services rely on these mothers staying quite , after , degrading them over a period of several months & actually making them believe that they are bad mothers. I want all these mothers who know they are good , to stand up and be counted , don't feel ashamed , you have done nothing wrong , talk about what has happened . They will threaten you , try to gag you , don't be intimidated join together , you are not alone :- Its time for change , above all REMEMBER you are not bad mothers.

A typical case like miss x's , costs the TAX PAYER over a £100,000 . Would it not be better and , more civilised to use these huge sums of money , to provide support and training , as opposed to stealing the children from naive , vulnerable mothers. The very existence of a System , designed purley to provide employment to many individuals in various organisations , who simply spend 75% of their time , sitting in offices writing defamatory reports is appalling. The original concept of Social Services was to help and support mothers in the community , by visiting them and offering practical help , to ensure their children were safe and well . Unfortunatley SOCIAL SERVICES AND CAFCASS ARE NO LONGER FIT FOR PURPOSE. The public are frightened to use these services , as the end result is that children are taken into Local Authority care , at great expense to the tax payer , unnecessarily. No one would argue , that a system to protect children , from neglect and abuse needs to be in place . However , such a system , needs to based on actual facts, to prevent taking children from mothers based on crystal balls and speculation.
